What's Included:

  • Exclusive use of the 5,000 square foot all-white venue, vintage greenhouse, and professionally manicured grounds.
  • Use of the 1870's brick farmhouse for you and the wedding party to get ready for the"Big Day" and perfect for pictures. 
  • Full complimentary access to our "Something Borrowed" closet, with lots of decor items for the ceremony and reception. Table numbers, candlesticks, plate chargers, votives, lanterns, wedding signage, and so much more!
  • Outdoor games such as Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Giant Yahtzee and Croquet.
  • Use of the firepit--including wood at no additional charge.
  • Choice of ceremony sites, outside in the vintage Lord & Burnham greenhouse or inside the all-white reception space (in case of inclement weather).
  • Professional Day-of Coordinator--included, to make the day run smoothly--ask for details on your tour.
  • Alum Creek Farm venue manager and team members throughout the entire day to assist in making an exceptional day.
  • 22 beautiful farmhouse tables, each table comfortably seats 8, for 175 guests.
  • Premium, white cross back chairs
  • Set up and take-down of all tables and chairs.
  • Engagement portrait session on the farm, 1 hour, with your photographer.
  • Variety of photo spots--for making memories that last a lifetime!
  • Rehearsal at no extra charge.
  • Parking lot with lighting.
  • Parking attendant and directional signage.
  • Golf cart assistance for handicapped guests.
  • Caterer's prep area which includes a commercial fridge and stainles steel prep tables.
  • Use your own full-service caterer or choose one from our recommended vendors list.
  • Bring your own alcohol or have your caterer supply it.
  • Venue rental for 12 hours: 11:00 am - 10:00 pm, with an additional complimentary hour for clean-up and vendor exit by 11:00 pm.
  • No hidden fees--there are no additional Alum Creek Farm service fees or taxes. No food, beverage or spending minimums. No guest count minimums. No china requirements. We DO NOT require a percentage of the catering or bartending bill. Many venues require these additional fees, but our package (s) include all venue fees.

*Please note: we do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy. Approximate cost $190. If serving alcohol a $2,000,000 event insurance policy is required. Approximate cost is $235.

 *A security officer is required at events exceeding 35 people in which alcohol is served. Approximate cost is $280.


Add a Friday to any Saturday

2020 and 2021 Wedding Season: Add a Friday to any Saturday rental for an additional $1800.


  • Friday:  4:00 pm-9: 00 pm. 
  • Does your creative team have an extensive decor plan? Would they like several more hours to decorate? 
  • Would you like to host your rehearsal dinner in the all-white reception space? 
  • This option was created with your needs in mind.
