Venue Measurements
Guest Tables:
Farmhouse tables: Twenty-two, 8-foot long x 36-inch wide tables are available for you to use.
Each table comfortably seats 8, however, we can squeeze in 9-10 (we have farm tables set up with both 8 and 10 chairs so you can see how they look).
If you plan to use a tablecloth it must drop all the way to the floor - you may need to order 108" x 156" as 96" x 156" tablecloths may be hard to find
Cocktail Tables:
We have four whiskey barrel cocktail tables. All four have off-white umbrellas. The umbrellas can be removed.
Six 30” round cocktail tables to use in greenhouse during reception (linens not provided.)
Head Tables:
Most couples use the farmhouse tables for head tables. For head tables seating 4 - 6, we recommend the use of one table. For head tables seating 8 - 12, we recommend the use of three tables. For 12 - 16 guests at your head table, we recommend using four tables.
Service Tables:
Four, 8-foot long and two, 6-foot long rectangular tables are available for your buffet tables, DJ, gift table, memory table, etc. (linens not provided.) In most situations, we recommend using two rectangle tables for your buffet. You're also more than welcome to use extra farmhouse tables for a gift table, memory table, etc.
Additional Service Tables:
3, 8-foot long x 20-inch wide wood wallpaper tables are also available for you to use. We've seen these used as tables for escort cards and favors.
The Farmhouse Workbench Service table:
The farmhouse workbench table is 15-foot long.
Premium White Cross Back Chairs:
These are used for both ceremony and reception. They are standard size. The height of the chair is 34.2 inches tall.
Aisle Runner:
If you are thinking about using a runner, we suggest a 30-foot long x 3-foot wide runner.
The Greenhouse:
The greenhouse is 40-foot long x 32-foot wide.
The glass ceiling is 16.25 feet/ 195 inches tall at the center point.
The single gray door located at the back of the greenhouse (to the right of the ceremony area) is 39-inches wide.
The All-White Reception Space:
The all-white reception space is 88-foot long x 54-foot wide.
The ceiling is 20-foot tall at the center point.
The chandelier in the All-White Reception Space:
Total width is 30-inches tall x 65-inches wide.
Width of the circle in middle is 30-inches.
Ceremony Arch Measurements:
Traditional Wood Frame is 84-inches tall x 59-inches wide.
Holds up to 15 lbs of evenly distributed floral decor.
Gold Circle Arch (plain, no greenery) is 91-inches tall. The circle is 89-inches in circumference.
Holds up to 100 lbs of evenly distributed floral decor.
Gold Circle Arch with faux greenery is 91-inches tall. The circle is 89-inches in circumference.
Holds up to 100 lbs of evenly distributed floral decor.
Triple Peak Copper Arch is 100-inches tall x 60-inches wide.
Holds up to 15 lbs of evenly distributed floral decor.
Door Measurements:
Front barn door opening: 145 inches tall x 198 inches wide.
Side barn door opening (these doors face the farmhouse): 161 inches tall by 300 inches wide.
Doors leading into the greenhouse: 80 inches tall x 100 inches wide.
Bee Boxes:
36 inches high x 22 inches wide x 22 inches deep.
